Work-Life Balance

We always memorize the good time after it’s gone and the time spent with fellows of AMAL ACADEMY is the best remembrance in our hearts. This blog is about the last session at AMAL ACADEMY. When I look back on my first day at AMAL, I still remember me as a girl who was too introverted and shy. Though at that time the word “Introvert” was also unknown to me. Now, I am much happy because I am successful in my mission to groom my personality as well as confidence. I have opened up my mind to be super confident, made many new best friends, and have a clear idea about my vision, goals, and purpose of life.

Last week at AMAL ACADEMY was much abrupt as we were busy in Mega-project preparations for presentation and project works. The last online session at Amal, didn’t actually feel like 3 months had ended because it felt as if I just came to Amal a few weeks ago and now I and my fellows have finished our fellowship … Wow! But the journey hasn’t ended yet; it’s only the beginning of my life to incorporate all the skills, expectations from my mentors Mam Zara (PM) and Mam Alia (APM), and especially the feedback from them.

First of all, we gave the title and guess the title, this for which one. Most of the fellows played some funny roll just like funny speech, song, Funny poetry and also played game “Truth and Dear”, a game, and typically played to online-session at Zoom due to COVID-19. This was my favorite activity because we had accomplished so many things after performing this activity. Everyone was played, an open roll in comfortable environment without any hesitation. It is very difficult to make amazing and enjoyable the last chai meeting in online zoom, I think about, How can do it better, how can perform it better but I am really thank full to my fellows perform well, online session is just like in person session.

Ends are not bad things, they just mean that something else is about to begin. And there are many things that don’t really end, anyway, they just begin again in a new way. Ends are not bad and many ends aren’t really an ending; some things are never-ending.

We had the best time. We came together unknown, we grew with each other, we developed together, we fell, we rise and we left victorious. That’s what I see when I look back at those three months.
